on the product page will provide you with even more
tips on how to choose and use the perfect bed &
bedding.

for your product
First select the product area you would like to browse
by clicking on one of the tabs along the top of the
page, corresponding to the product you wish to find.
You can further refine your search criteria by type,
size, brand, technical specification and price. The
end result of this will be displayed on the results
page, where you will have the opportunity to browse
through the items selected for you and compare your
favourites.
You will find four other tabs at

centre staff will be able to assist you with all your
queries. Call the Bedeezee contact centre if you have
any enquiries about products or services, any special
requests to make or you just want help picking the
bed that's right for you. Our friendly staff will
be there to take your calls Monday - Thursday / 9am -
7pm and Friday / 9am - 6pm. You can also e-mail the Bedeezee contact centre

and we will get back to you as soon as possible (usually
within 60 minutes on a working day).

If, within 15 days of your purchase from Bedeezee,
you find a UK retailer offering a lower price on the
same product of the same brand with the same level
of service (delivery), we will give you 100% of the
difference.
This guarantee does not apply to:

- > Prices excluding delivery charges

Nationally advertised low prices found must be clearly and easily obtainable with proof of the competitor's name, item make and manufacturer model, and full details sent to our contact centre via e-mail or phone to claim the refund.

payments
To provide optimum credit card security and keep your

forces with Protx in conjunction with HSBC to handle
our online transactions. Protx are one of the UK's
leading secure payment service providers and have
been accredited by the UK's leading high street banks
including HSBC. When paying by credit or debit card,
you will be taken to the 100% secure payment page
provided by Protx (the company that process our payments
in conjunction with HSBC). You can be assured that
your financial details are at absolutely No Risk and
are 100% Safe. Protx systems are state of the art
and are regularly inspected by the major banks to
ensure that system integrity and security are maintained
to the highest standard. All your personal information
including credit/debit card details are encrypted
via the Protx secure servers. Your payments are then
processed by the Protx secure system. For peace of
mind Bedeezee will never see your credit/debit card
details if you buy online.

• Delivery areas
Bedeezee will deliver to any UK address including
Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Scottish Islands
and Isle of Man. Bedeezee will also deliver internationally
and will endeavour to provide the best delivery service
available to all areas. For all address outside mainland
UK, next day delivery may not be available, call our
contact centre for more info.

• Delivery lead time
The delivery lead time is the period from when you
place your order with Bedeezee, until the time you
receive your delivery. Items which are in stock will have a next day delivery option for British mainland only (please click to see all fast delivery products). Please refer to the deliveries section for full
details and information on delivery lead times for
all other areas. Special items or items we don't hold
in stock have to be ordered from our manufacturers
and will take longer. Bedeezee will always supply
a date and time for delivery by phone or e-mail prior
to the delivery taking place, so that we adapt ourselves
to your schedule and not the opposite. We will endeavour
to deliver within the lead time stated, but a delay
in delivery is sometimes out of our control.

Delivery prices are calculated as follow:

up to £100, there will be a delivery contribution
of £7.00.
- > Free delivery
for all orders over £100.00 (for a limited
time)

Available everywhere:
Parcel delivery (UK and International)
Our parcel delivery service is ideal for smaller items, such as quilts, pillows, bed linen and mattress protection... The parcel will be delivered to an address of your choice, Monday to Friday before 6pm.
And the best part is that you don't need to wait for
your delivery:
> Get a delivery at work, and receive your products without taking time off.
Bedeezee will supply you with a parcel tracking number
by e-mail at time of dispatch. A surcharge may apply
for some areas.
Available within
M25
Room Delivery (available within M25, and also outside)
Our bedroom delivery service is designed to ease the
burden. Two men will take the products to the room
of your choice, where they will unpack the goods and
set them up for you, with exception to products which
require tools to be set up (i.e. sofas or bed frames
etc.). Bedeezee will contact you via phone to arrange
a 2 to 3 hour delivery time slot that suits you. Delivery
days are Monday to Saturday, from 9 am to 9 pm. No
surcharge will be applied for this service within
the M25. For a room delivery outside the M25, please
see Mainland UK deliveries below.
Bedroom Delivery & Disposal (available within
M25)
In addition to our bedroom delivery service, the delivery
team will also remove the equivalent of what was delivered
(i.e. a mattress for a mattress, a sofa for a sofa)
which they will dispose of for you. A £15 surcharge
will be applied for this service within the M25. For
a room delivery and disposal outside the M25, please
call our staff for a quote and availability.
Bedroom Delivery & Full Set Up (available within
M25)
In addition to our bedroom delivery service, our two
men will perform a full set up for you (for bedframes,
sofas etc). A £30 surcharge will be applied
to this service within the M25. For a room delivery
and full set up outside the M25, please call our staff
for a quote and availability.
Bedroom Delivery, Full Set Up & Disposal (available
within M25)
In addition to our bedroom delivery & full set
up service, the delivery team will also remove the
equivalent of what they delivered (i.e. a mattress
for a mattress, a sofa for a sofa) which they will
dispose of for you. A £45 surcharge will be
applied to this service within the M25. For a room
delivery, full set up and disposal outside the M25,
please call our staff for a quote and availability.
Available in mainland UK
Door Delivery before Noon (Mainland UK only)
Your delivery can be with you the next working day
if you place your order before 2pm. The products will
be brought to the front door of your house/building.
Please note that with heavier items, the driver may
require some help. Delivery will always take place
before Noon. No surcharge will be applied to this
service in mainland UK (except Northern Scotland).
Door delivery before 9.30am (mainland UK only)
Your delivery can be with you the next working day
if you place your order before 2pm. The products will
be brought to the front door of your house/building.
Please note that with heavier items, the driver may
require some help. Delivery will always take place
before 9.30am. A £15 surcharge will be applied
to this service.
Saturday door delivery before Noon
Your delivery can be with you the following Saturday
if you place your order before 2pm on Friday. The
products will be brought to the front door of your
house/building. Please note that with heavier items,
the driver may require some help. Delivery will always
take place before Noon. A £15 surcharge will
be applied to this service in mainland UK (except
Northern Scotland).
Saturday door delivery before 9.30am
Your delivery can be with you the following Saturday
if you place your order before 2pm on Friday. The
products will be brought to the front door of your
house/building. Please note that with heavier items,
the driver may require some help. Delivery will always
take place before 9.30am. A £30 surcharge will
be applied to this service in mainland UK (except
Northern Scotland).
Extra-Care delivery in the room of your choice
Your delivery can be carried to the room of your choice
by two people. Extra care and attention is paid to
your items during transportation. This delivery is
made by appointment with the delivery company. The
waiting time is 7 to 10 working days and there is
no extra charge for this delivery service within mainland
U.K.
Available outside
mainland UK
Door Delivery before 6.00pm (N. Ireland, Highlands
& Grampian, British Isles)
Your delivery can be with you within three/five working
days if you place your order before 2pm. The products
will be brought to the front door of your house/building.
Please note that with heavier items, the driver may
require some help. You can choose the day you want
to be delivered, and it will always take place before
6.00pm. This option is for remote areas only (Northern
Ireland, Highlands & Grampian and all Isles and
Islands).
We endeavour to deliver to all addresses. We can deliver
small items (up to quilts) worldwide (please ask for
a quote). For any other object, then please ask our
friendly staff to look into your query and we will
respond as quickly as possible.

• Cooling off period / Cancellation
30 night trial
For mattresses and divan sets Bedeezee
has a 30 Night trial period, whereby goods may be
returned if you are not completely satisfied, with
exception to special items or items manufactured to
your specific requirements, unless they are faulty
(please refer to terms and conditions for full details).
If within the trial period you are not satisfied with
your purchase, you should notify Bedeezee in writing
and by registered post; the date on the stamp will
verify whether it is within the 30 day limit. All
items that are returned should be in their original
packaging, unused and accompanied by their invoice.
Please refer to terms and conditions for cost and
conditions relating to returns.
Cancellation- Right of Retraction
Bedeezee has a cooling-off period of seven days,
for all products other than mattresses and divan sets
(excluding products made-to-measure etc). If, within
seven days of the day following receipt of your product,
you are not entirely satisfied with it, you may return
it by registered post to receive a full refund. Please
refer to terms and conditions for conditions relating
to returns.

aftercare
At Bedeezee we understand the importance of customer
satisfaction and that is why we offer complete after-sale
care. Should you have any problems with the goods
purchased contact us immediately and we will arrange
the repair or replacement of damaged or faulty goods.
